In this workshop, LCD panels are laminated using precision-controlled lamination systems to ensure accurate alignment and uniform bonding across the entire display surface. The process is performed under controlled environmental conditions to minimize dust contamination and ensure stable bonding quality.
Key lamination parameters—including pressure, temperature, and cycle time—are strictly regulated to prevent defects such as bubbles, delamination, light leakage, or uneven bonding.
