International Customer Policy
1.Quality Control & Inspection
- All products are fully function-tested before shipment.
- Each batch is traceable and quality-checked.
- Any issue must be reported within 7 days after delivery.
- Clear photos/videos and detailed quantity list are required for verification.
We maintain strict outgoing inspection to reduce international dispute risk.
2.InternationalAfterSales Process
For overseas customers:
- Defective items must be clearly recorded.
- Evidence must be provided before any return.
- Goods must be returned to our factory for re-inspection (if required).
- After technical confirmation, we will provide replacement or compensation.
Final responsibility is determined based on factory technical inspection.
3. Warranty Policy
1. Standard warranty period:12 months
2. Covers manufacturing defects only.
3. Warranty does NOT cover:
- Human damage
- Incorrect installation
- Water/liquid damage
- Secondary repair
- Unauthorized disassembly
4. Return & Replacement Terms
1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. Replacement is arranged after defect confirmation.
3. Compensation method:
- Replacement in next order or
- Credit note (based on agreement).
Logistics cost responsibility follows aqreed trade terms (FOB/CIF/DDP).
5. Risk Transfer & Shipping Responsibility
- For FOB shipments: risk transfers once goods are handed to forwarder.
- For ClF/DDP: responsibility follows agreed Incoterms.
- Transit damage must be reported immediately with official logistics proof.
