What should I do if the test results of the product after purchase do not match the values provided?
Measurements taken with different machines may vary. All our CA-310s are the most standard instruments in the display industry.
If the screen is incompatible, can it be returned? Who will bear the shipping costs?
For batch issues, our engineers will quickly find a phone with the same version and batch of screens as yours to verify, find solutions, and only do the product burn-in box, sending it to you as quickly as possible to teach you how to burn the new data into the product. If the functional issues cannot be resolved by the engineers, we will bear the loss of your batch of screens.
Do you have a complete test report and compliance certificates?
Each company has different inspection standards. We ship all products with A-grade quality, but damage during transportation is unavoidable.
How long is the delivery period?
If there is stock on hand, it can be delivered within 2-3 days without packing; special packing takes 10-15 days; complete production takes 5-7 days; if there is no material, it needs to be confirmed with the factory plan for material status.
Is it a spot check or a full inspection?
Our production line is fully inspected, with FOG testing, module testing, and final assembly testing before storage.
What is the defect rate control?
We control the defect rate within 5 per thousand.
Your price including taxes is higher than the market price, can you offer a discount?
Different product qualities have different prices. We offer display effects higher than market quality, even higher than the original display effects. Encouraged to pay in USD for more competitive prices at the Hong Kong exchange.
After the warranty period exceeds 1 year, can the product still be under warranty due to functional issues?
Based on the actual product situation, re-evaluate whether it can be repaired. If the customer has high-quality materials, a 2-3 month warranty extension can be applied for. Repairable products will be repaired and replaced for a fee.
Market products have brightness over 500+, and so do your products, but the price difference is 2 units, what's the difference?
Normal brightness and color gamut are inversely proportional, but we offer both high brightness and high color gamut. The market typically only has high brightness or wide color gamut.
Can you produce customized products based on the photos of the client's product?
A minimum order quantity is required, payment for materials must be made in advance, and the finished goods must be paid in full and taken away at once.
