Do you have any successful cooperation cases (famous traders)?

What should I do if there is damage after the overseas customer arrives?
Since LCD screens are fragile, it is normal to have some damage during transportation. However, our company ships fully inspected products, and we do not send out defective items. Due to the heavy weight of the entire box, there may be instances where the handling staff throw or drop the boxes during transportation. We do not take responsibility for any resulting damage to the products.
Why would there be a touch malfunction after installation, even though the pre-installation test was fine?
When installing, you must remove the protective film from the backlight and the wiring. The wiring should stick to the backlight. If not removed, static electricity may not be able to escape, and it needs to be conducted out through the backlight and the middle frame.
Why would there be backlight points after installation?
Before installation, bend the wiring with the appropriate force, tighten the wiring, and stick the wiring onto the backlight to ensure that the position of the wiring components matches the holes in the middle frame. If not secured properly, it may lead to the holes not aligning and pressing the backlight points. Do not apply excessive force, as it may cause the wiring to tear or the glass IC to break. Such damage is considered man-made and will not be covered by warranty, and the product will be considered scrapped.
Why would there be lines or display abnormalities after installation?
When pressing down on the screen during installation, make sure it is aligned correctly. Do not press down forcefully with the backlight resting on the middle frame. This could cause the glass IC to burst, resulting in display abnormalities, lines, or no display at all. Such damage is considered man-made and will not be covered by warranty, and the product will be considered scrapped.
