What is the domestic defective product return and exchange process?
We will provide a backup test within 5%, and accept returns of good products within 5%. Shipments are all stamped, please inform sales immediately if there is incoming material explosion or abnormality. Non-conforming products should be returned to the factory within 15 days, after which they will be returned at market prices. After two months, they will be returned according to after-sales service, and good products will be exchanged. We do not accept scrap products.
What is the defective product return and exchange process?
The product must be returned to our company for re-evaluation and the result will be given after checking for any signs of physical damage.
Where is the difference between your screen and the original one?
Advantages: 1. A wider range of universal models to reduce customer inventory as multiple models only require one type of inventory. 2. Higher brightness, resolution, and color gamut than the original. Disadvantages: Due to being customized, the latest phones may not keep up with the original system updates, potentially leading to version issues.
How long is the warranty period for your products?
1-year warranty.
What are the specific values for high color gamut?
Color gamut is 80% NTSC or above.
What are the specific values for high brightness?
Brightness is 500+ cd/㎡ (some models have substrate restrictions).
How long does it take before issues like burn-in, dead pixels, or touch failure might occur?
Our products undergo high-temperature and high-humidity tests to simulate two years of customer use. Under normal use, no such issues should arise within two years.
Are the cables original factory with the same specifications?
Our products are one-to-one with the originals, but use different materials, offering better cost performance.
What documents are required for warranty service?
We will determine if a product is within the warranty period and if it is our product based on the date of the shipping invoice.
Can the warranty still be applied if the product has been disassembled?
Based on the after-sales department's re-evaluation, whether the after-sales service meets the paid repair standards. If it cannot be repaired, it will be scrapped.
