No. Export tax rebates are a national preferential policy and must go through our export customs clearance process.

Payment method?

Do you accept OEM/ODM customization? What is the customization fee?
Apart from packaging, customizations for wiring patterns, backlight patterns, backlight brightness, and color temperature require a minimum order of 5,000 units per model.
What are the price terms (FOB/EXW/CIF)?
The Hong Kong Stock Exchange operates on FOB terms, while domestic transactions are on EXW terms.
What is the maximum capacity? Can it meet urgent orders?
We produce 30-40k units daily. Emergency orders require checking material availability and coordinating with factory production plans to see if urgent production can be arranged, depending on the situation.
Logistics method (sea freight/air freight) and transportation time?
We deliver products to the shipping or air freight forwarding warehouse based on customer requirements.
Do you provide export packaging (anti-shock, moisture-proof)?
Yes. For standard products, we typically encase each item in a pearl cotton bag. Usually, ten pieces are packed in a box, which is then placed in a foam box. Inside the foam box, we add anti-static film, and the foam box is wrapped in a cardboard box, which is then taped. The purpose is to prevent moisture.
Do you support the shipment of multiple batches in separate deliveries?
Yes, we support customization, but the time interval should not be too long, within 15 days, because raw material prices fluctuate.
